Connect your Facebook Page

Link a Facebook Page so Tendrify can automate its comments and Messenger.

To automate comments and Messenger on a Facebook Page, connect it to Tendrify. It takes a couple of clicks and never involves your Facebook password — the connection uses Facebook Login for Business and Meta's official Graph API.

Before you start

  • You need to be an admin of the Facebook Page you want to connect.
  • You need a Facebook account that has access to that Page.
  • No developer setup or code is required.

Connect your Page

  1. 1In Tendrify, go to Settings → Instagram and choose Connect Facebook Page.
  2. 2You'll be taken to Facebook's own login screen (Facebook Login for Business).
  3. 3Select the Page you want to connect and approve the permissions shown.
  4. 4You're returned to Tendrify with the Page connected and ready to automate.

Behind the scenes, Tendrify receives a Page access token and subscribes your Page to Meta's webhooks, so it can respond to comments and messages in real time. Your password is never shared — only the permissions you approved.

Troubleshooting

  • Page not listed? Make sure you're an admin of it on the account you logged in with.
  • Automations not firing? Confirm the Page shows as connected in Settings and that the automation's status is on.
  • Reconnect prompt? If permissions change, reconnect the Page so the new access takes effect and the webhooks re-subscribe.

Facebook Page tokens don't expire the way Instagram tokens do, so once connected a Page usually stays connected — you only reconnect if you change permissions.
