Sell webinar & event tickets

Run online or in-person events — free or paid — with tickets and automatic reminders.

Events are one fixed date and time with many attendees: a live webinar, a workshop, a masterclass or a meetup. Make them free (attendees just register) or paid.

  1. 1Open Products → New → Webinar / event.
  2. 2Set the date, start time, length and time zone, and an optional seat limit.
  3. 3Choose Online (add your Zoom, Google Meet or YouTube Live link) or In person (venue name and address).
  4. 4Turn on Free event, or set a price.
  5. 5Publish and share the event link — or send it from a comment-to-DM automation.
  • Attendees enter their name and email; the name is printed on their ticket.
  • They get a ticket by email and a ticket page with the join link or the venue address and Get directions.
  • The venue address stays private — only registered attendees see it.
  • Automatic reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before the start. Change the date and the reminders follow.

Your attendee list is in Orders — free registrations show as ₹0 orders, and you can resend anyone's ticket.
